  • Product Positioning: The U.S. edition of NEXA FLEX carries the “Built in the USA” label and is described as having all flavors developed for adult U.S. e-cigarette users.

  • Key Features: Transparent e-liquid chamber, Normal/Turbo dual-power modes, four cooling levels, equipped with a 1200 mAh battery and USB-C charging, and advertised as supporting up to 40,000 puffs per device.

  • Price & Channels: The initial version is already available through U.S. online retailers such as ECMvape at a price of around USD 18.49. The new version is planned to debut in Texas via authorized retailers and online partners.

  • Industry Trend: Several other products—such as SKE V-BOT and FASTA ALIEN 51K—are likewise promoted as “Made in the USA” or “U.S.-assembled,” aligning with Texas’ new law (effective September 1) prohibiting the sale of e-cigarettes containing components manufactured in China. This indicates that “U.S. manufacturing” is becoming an increasingly common compliance and marketing approach in the local market.

Multiple “Made in the USA” E-Cigarettes Launching in Quick Succession

2Firsts has observed that since November 2025, several brands have launched products promoted as “Made in the USA” or “U.S.-assembled,” including SKE and FASTA:

  • SKE states that its V-BOT disposable is “Made in the USA,” with formulation and filling completed domestically. The device features Eco/Boost power modes, a rechargeable 800 mAh battery, and claims to support up to 40,000 puffs.

  • FASTA has introduced the FASTA ALIEN 51K, promoted as “U.S.-assembled and filled,” and labeled as compliant with Texas’ e-cigarette registration requirements.

Notably, both FASTA ALIEN 51K and the new NEXA FLEX are slated to debut first in Texas. As previously reported by 2Firsts (Read more), a new Texas law prohibiting the sale of e-cigarettes containing “components manufactured in China” took effect on September 1.

As of the time of publication, the product has not received U.S. FDA market authorization under the PMTA pathway.

Tennessee Cracks Down on Vaping: 10 % Tax Hike, Expanded Enforcement Powers, Mandatory ID Checks at Every Retail Counter
Tennessee Cracks Down on Vaping: 10 % Tax Hike, Expanded Enforcement Powers, Mandatory ID Checks at Every Retail Counter
New Tennessee laws passed this year impose a 10 % tax on vaping products, empower the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) to conduct compliance inspections, and set steep fines for retailers who sell to minors. Yet, with no statewide retail-licensing scheme for e-cigarettes, enforcing the penalties remains problematic. Meanwhile, stores in cities like Jackson have voluntarily stepped up ID scanning and product tracking to help the rules take hold.

Washington Policy Media Flags Surge: China’s Monthly Vape Exports Jump from 2.2M Kg to 14.8M Kg; Crackdown Effectiveness Questioned
The Washington Examiner on December 9, 2025, reported: China's vape export volume to the U.S. rebounded sharply from 2.2 million kilograms to 14.8 million kilograms despite the crackdown. This volatility, confirming the annual multi-billion dollar trade gap, is the "Bullwhip Effect" in action. It transfers massive inventory to the U.S. market, putting the working capital of Chinese manufacturers and the supply chain at severe risk of lock-up and failure. Regulatory escalation is now imminent.

Survey Shows E-cigarette Use Doubles Among Young Thais
Thailand’s latest national health survey shows a sharp increase in e-cigarette use among people under 30, particularly among female adolescents. Researchers found that vaping has not reduced overall tobacco harm and has instead driven growth in new nicotine users, with younger ages of initiation. Public health experts urged sustained enforcement and comprehensive policies centred on banning e-cigarettes, strengthening law enforcement and expanding public awareness to protect children and youth.
