About us

2FIRSTS was initiated by JuanJuan Technology in January 2022. Adhering to the concept of “consumer interests first and public interests firsts,” it serves the compliance and global development of e-cigarette companies. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.

Founders

Alan Zhao (CEO, co-founder)

Graduate of Xi’an Jiaotong University, MBA from China Communication University. With 10 years of experience in the internet sector, he entered the tobacco industry in 2015, and has in-depth research in the tobacco industry strategy consulting, IOT, and new tobacco development.

Echo Guo (COO, co-founder)

MBA from China Communication University. With professional experience in the tobacco industry of more than 15 years, she long been attentive with the tobacco industry and consumption research.

She has presided over a number of major research projects, such as "Tobacco Consumption Under the Epidemic", "Research on the Consumption of Traditional Tobacco and New Tobacco Integration", "Chinese-Style Heated Cigarette Consumer Taste Evaluation Model", etc.

Before founding JuanJuan Technology, Ms. Guo Xiaoyu worked for the magazine "Sales and Marketing" as chief reporter and editor-in-chief.
