Recently, 2Firsts noticed that a disposable e-cigarette called EBCREATE BC PRO 40K has been released in the American e-cigarette market. The product features  Clear Tank design and has 40,000 puffs. It is priced at $24.99.

Clear Tank designed to withstand 40,000 suction cycles

2Firsts has collected and organized the product specifications of EBCREATE BC PRO 40K, as shown in the following chart.

From a technical standpoint, the brand has not disclosed the exact size data for the EBCREATE BC PRO 40K. The dealer website describes it as "Pocket-sized and lightweight."

The EBCREATE BC PRO 40K has a nicotine concentration of 5% and a e-liquid capacity of 17 milliliters. It is advertised to provide up to 40,000 puffs, which translates to approximately 2352 puffs per milliliter of e-liquid. The e-liquid tank is designed in a transparent style, allowing users to easily monitor the e-liquid level of the product.

Recently, several brands including Off-Stamp, SKE, and SUONON have launched Clear Tank e-cigarettes. Smoore FEELM also actively promoted multiple Clear Tank solutions.

In addition, the EBCREATE BC PRO 40K is equipped with a large 1000mAh battery capacity and offers 15 flavor options, including mint, mixed fruits, fruit with ice, and more.

The trademarks "EBCREATE" and "OFF-STAMP" have been renamed from ELFBAR and are both owned by the same company

According to a search on the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) website, the trademark "EBCREATE" in class 34 for tobacco smoking products is owned by a Hong Kong company NEVERA (HK) LIMITED in the United States, while in the United Kingdom, the trademark is owned by Crystal Castle Limited.

According to the Alibaba Cloud trademark search website, the trademark "EBCREATE" for tobacco and smoking accessories in Class 34 was applied for registration by Crystal Castle Limited in June 2023. It is worth noting that the e-cigarette brand "OFF-STAMP" also had its Class 34 tobacco and smoking accessories trademark registered by the same company in June 2023.

In 2023, the Associated Press reported that the FDA instructed customs officials to detain the inbound goods of the company's two brands, Elf Bar and EBDesign, in the United States. The newer e-cigarette device is marketed under a different name, EBCreate, and the Chinese manufacturer listed is different from the manufacturer targeted by the FDA.

According to reports, the trademark application for EBCreate was submitted by the same patent lawyer who previously applied for Elf Bar. However, unlike those applications, the application did not mention Elf Bar's parent company iMiracle Shenzhen Technology. Instead, the application listed a Hong Kong company, Nevera HK Limited, which is the same company listed on the packaging of EBCreate's new e-cigarette. (Read more)
