Recently on Moscow streets, 2FIRSTS Moscow visited stores to see the vape market development from the retail sector 1 month after the official implementation of the compliance system "Honest Mark".
ELFBAR, one of the major players in the Russian vape market, was seen compliant with the system.
In the picture below, the first label is ELFBAR's anti-counterfeit QR code, the third being the Honest Mark.
The TE5000 series, with 5000 puff counts, are sold at 1149 rubles ($14.67).
