Esco Bars Kilo introduces a new disposable e-cigarette with a mint flavor that requires no charging or refilling.

On November 19th, it was reported by NM Tribune that e-cigarette brand Esco Bars Kilo has launched a mint-flavored disposable e-cigarette, which can last for a long time without the need for charging or refilling e-liquid. The device is designed for convenient portability.

Bernama (Malaysia’s national news agency) reported that Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said the Ministry of Health aims to implement a vape ban this year, beginning with open pod systems, and will not compromise on enforcing the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Act 2024 (Act 852).

Consultation opened on February 6, 2026 for the Public Health Amendment (Prohibited Tobacco and Other Products) Bill 2026. It proposes changes to the Public Health Act 1997 to further protect the health of Tasmanians by reducing the sale and supply of illicit tobacco, vaping and other products, and to strengthen existing tobacco control laws.

Kyrgyzstan Extends Import Ban on E-Cigarettes and Nicotine Liquids by Six Months
The Kyrgyz government has extended its ban on the import of electronic cigarettes and nicotine-containing liquids for another six months. The decision, signed by the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, covers e-cigarettes, integrated nicotine delivery systems, and nicotine liquids used in such devices. The original ban was introduced in July and was due to expire soon.

Police in Malaysia detained 51 individuals and seized over RM1 million worth of electronic cigarettes and liquid refills in a five-state operation dubbed “Op E-CIG,” conducted by the GOF Central Brigade on February 10. The report said the operation involved 30 raids across Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Melaka, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Authorities seized 2,263 vape units and 165.463 litres of liquid.
