Four companies in Hendersonville, Tennessee have failed compliance checks for selling tobacco to minors, resulting in charges being brought against each of the companies' employees.
The police department reported that the Hendersonville Police Department conducted compliance checks on 13 businesses to ensure compliance with laws regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco products to minors.
The Hendersonville police department is encouraging all businesses that provide alcohol, tobacco, and electronic cigarette products to comply with the law and protect the safety of American underage citizens.
