Geekbar legally owns the main intellectual property rights of independently developed products. Products similar to Geekbar's design, such as the "MyTube" brand, are therefore seen as copies and infringements.

 

Geekbar reminds consumers to encourage independent innovation, protect intellectual property rights, and purchase official and licensed products.

Geekbar Pulse was launched on the market in October 2023. It is a disposable product featuring a side full screen and has been selling well in various markets.

 

Geekbar conducted a rights protection campaign in the Philippines market in 2023. The company discovered counterfeit products of their brand in the Philippines market and stated that their legal department had officially sent a cease and desist letter to the company impersonating their brand. They vowed to fight against intellectual property infringement and protect their legal rights.

 

In the announcement, the MyTube brand, which is currently focusing on promoting 15,000 products, is still available for sale. It offers 15 flavors and is rechargeable. Its appearance is very similar to GEEKBAR.
