Product | Up to 100,000 Puffs and Over 2,000 Puffs per ml: MASKKING, MR FOG, HYPERBAR Roll Out Ultra High-Puff New Devices
In 2025, disposable vapes are shifting from a “puff count race” to a focus on user experience. While 30,000–50,000 puffs has become mainstream, brands like MASKKING, MR FOG, and HYPERBAR are still launching higher-capacity products in the 60,000–100,000 puff range. Models with disclosed tank sizes all exceed 2,000 puffs per mL and commonly feature adjustable wattage and enhanced interactive functions.

Key Takeaways

  • High-puff products remain an active segment – Brands such as MASKKING, MR FOG, and HYPERBAR continue to invest in high-puff devices, with claimed puff counts ranging from 60,000 to 100,000 and per-mL efficiency exceeding 2,000 puffs.

  • Three flagship launches in focus – The MASKKING EXTRE 100K, MR FOG Aura 60K, and HYPERBAR BE 70K share common specs such as high nicotine strengths, adjustable wattage, and dual-mesh coils.

  • Distinctive product features – The MR FOG Aura 60K features a 2.01-inch TFT animated screen; the HYPERBAR BE 70K targets DTL large-cloud vaping with three-level power adjustment; the MASKKING EXTRE 100K offers dual output modes.

  • New products live on brand sites and in North America – All three devices have been released on their respective brand websites and social media. MR FOG and HYPERBAR products are already on sale via online retailers in Canada and the US, but none has obtained US FDA PMTA market authorization as of publication.

2Firsts, 14 November 2025 — Since the beginning of this year, the US disposable e-cigarette market has undergone a clear structural shift. The once dominant “puff count race” is cooling, while user experience is emerging as the new competitive focus.

Monitoring by 2Firsts shows that mainstream brands are redirecting R&D efforts away from a single metric—puff count—and toward dimensions such as flavor diversity, industrial design, and interactive experience. In the US market, many new products highlight transparent e-liquid tanks as a visual identity feature, with claimed puff counts generally concentrated in the 30,000–50,000 puff range.

However, high-puff products have not exited the stage. Brands such as MASKKING, MR FOG, and HYPERBAR are still cultivating this niche, rolling out new devices with claimed 60,000–100,000 puffs, and per-milliliter e-liquid efficiency above 2,000 puffs/mL.

Up to 100,000 Puffs, Over 2,000 Puffs per mL

The three high-puff disposable vapes recently launched by MASKKING, MR FOG, and HYPERBAR are: MASKKING EXTRE 100K, MR FOG Aura 60K, and HYPERBAR BE 70K. Based on information collected and compiled by 2Firsts, key specifications are summarized as follows:

MASKKING EXTRE 100K

MASKKING’s EXTRE 100K is advertised with up to 100,000 puffs, although the brand has not yet disclosed its e-liquid capacity. The device comes in 2% and 5% nicotine strength versions, with a total of 16 flavors available.

In terms of hardware, the EXTRE 100K houses an 800 mAh battery and supports Type-C fast charging. It uses a 0.5 Ω dual-mesh coil and offers two power modes—standard “Norm” mode and enhanced “Boost” mode.

MR FOG Aura 60K

The MR FOG Aura 60K is claimed to have 26 mL of e-liquid and support around 60,000 puffs, corresponding to an efficiency of roughly 2,307 puffs per mL. The device includes a 900 mAh battery with Type-C fast charging.

On the hardware side, the Aura 60K adopts a dual-mesh coil design and supports three power levelsECO, BOOST, and TURBO—to accommodate different mouthfeel preferences. It also features a 2.01-inch TFT animated display, which can show real-time output wattage, battery status, and remaining e-liquid level.

HYPERBAR BE 70K

Product | Up to 100,000 Puffs and Over 2,000 Puffs per ml: MASKKING, MR FOG, HYPERBAR Roll Out Ultra High-Puff New Devices
(HYPERBAR BE 70K specifications | Chart by 2Firsts)

The HYPERBAR BE 70K carries 30 mL of e-liquid and is advertised to provide up to 70,000 puffs, which works out to about 2,333 puffs per mL. The product’s nicotine strength is 50 mg/mL.

In terms of hardware, the BE 70K includes a 1,200 mAh battery with Type-C fast charging, and uses a 0.4 Ω dual-mesh coil. Output power can be adjusted across 15 W, 20 W, and 30 W, and the device supports DTL (direct-to-lung) vaping.

Significantly Higher Claimed Puff Counts at Comparable Capacities

In the second half of 2024, disposable vapes officially crossed the 50,000-puff threshold. Brands such as OXBAR and LOST MARY subsequently released high-puff disposables.

For example:

  • OXBAR TRI-FUSION claims 45,000 puffs with 30 mL of e-liquid, equivalent to about 1,500 puffs/mL.
  • Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K claims 50,000 puffs with 28 mL of e-liquid, equivalent to about 1,785 puffs/mL.

By comparison, the MR FOG Aura 60K discloses 26 mL of capacity with a claimed 60,000 puffs (around 2,308 puffs/mL), and the HYPERBAR BE 70K specifies 30 mL and 70,000 puffs (about 2,333 puffs/mL). Relative to the 1,500–1,785 puffs/mL efficiency of the OXBAR TRI-FUSION and Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K, these new products achieve roughly a 30%–50% increase in puff efficiency at similar capacities.

Echo Guo: The Accumulating Risks Behind the Surge in Chinese Vape Exports to the U.S.
Echo Guo: The Accumulating Risks Behind the Surge in Chinese Vape Exports to the U.S.
Chinese vape exports to the U.S. jumped from about 2.2 million kg in June to 14.8 million kg in October 2025, despite tougher enforcement, the Washington Examiner reported. 2Firsts finds the surge reflects delayed bulk shipments, not demand recovery. With U.S. inventory exceeding 160 million devices and distributors paying ~10% upfront, cash-flow stress has shifted to Chinese manufacturers, and discounted stock is spilling into other markets.
