Innokin issues recall notice for all Kroma Nova products due to safety concerns with unique charging solution components.

Recently, the official website of Innokin has issued a product recall notice for the Kroma Nova.

 

The contents of the announcement are as follows:

 

We would like to inform you that the INNOKIN Kroma Nova product is now being recalled. This recall covers all production batches of the Kroma Nova. The Kroma Nova uses a unique charging solution that requires special components specifically designed for this model. Unfortunately, the components from the supplier are defective and may pose a safety risk.

 

In order to ensure customer safety and maintain high standards for our products, we have decided to issue a precautionary recall for the INNOKIN Kroma Nova.

 

Innokin is proud of its high safety standards and complete transparency with customers. We encourage all Innokin customers to contact us at any time when they encounter issues so that our team can promptly address them.

According to China Customs export data analyzed by 2Firsts, China’s vape export mix continued to evolve during January-May 2026. Exports of electronic vaporisation devices (HS 85434000) increased 13.00% year on year, supported by growth in both shipment volume and average export prices. Meanwhile, exports of nicotine-containing non-combustible products (HS 24041200) declined 6.89%, with lower shipment volumes partly offset by higher average export prices.
