Investor Inquiries: Ji Hong Holding's Involvement in E-cigarette Trading Platform
Investors inquire about e-cigarette trading platform at JiHong Stock, revealed partnership with Xiamen Haishengrongchuang Information Technology.

On September 7th, an investor inquired on the interactive platform whether Ji Hong shares (002803) or its subsidiary have any related experience or business in the e-cigarette trading platform.


The company responded that it has invested in Xiamen Haisheng Rongchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of a nationwide unified e-cigarette trading management platform project.

According to UNN, law enforcement in Ukraine’s Khmelnytskyi region disrupted a group accused of selling illegally produced nicotine-containing mixtures and e-cigarette e-liquids without licenses or permits. The Prosecutor General’s Office said the overall value of the seized items exceeds UAH 12 million (about US$276,000). Kyrgyzstan Extends Import Ban on E-Cigarettes and Nicotine Liquids by Six Months
The Kyrgyz government has extended its ban on the import of electronic cigarettes and nicotine-containing liquids for another six months. The decision, signed by the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, covers e-cigarettes, integrated nicotine delivery systems, and nicotine liquids used in such devices. The original ban was introduced in July and was due to expire soon.

Poland plans to amend its excise tax regulations on e-cigarettes to address a loophole created by the emergence of electromagnetic iMagnetic-attachment devices in 2025. Under the proposal, products incorporating ferromagnetic components will be classified as e-cigarettes and subject to an excise tax of PLN 40 (about USD 11.2) per unit. The revised rules are expected to take effect 14 days after promulgation.
