Investor Inquiries: Ji Hong Holding's Involvement in E-cigarette Trading Platform
Investors inquire about e-cigarette trading platform at JiHong Stock, revealed partnership with Xiamen Haishengrongchuang Information Technology.

On September 7th, an investor inquired on the interactive platform whether Ji Hong shares (002803) or its subsidiary have any related experience or business in the e-cigarette trading platform.


The company responded that it has invested in Xiamen Haisheng Rongchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of a nationwide unified e-cigarette trading management platform project.

Maldives Customs data shows that fines related to illegal vapes have reached MVR 659 million (about US$42.8 million) since the country banned the import and use of electronic cigarettes. Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis has approved, in its first reading, a bill that would ban the import, export, production, storage, wholesale and retail sale, and use of electronic cigarettes and their components. The bill amends the Law on Tobacco and Tobacco Products, classifying nicotine-containing e-cigarettes as tobacco products while explicitly excluding heated tobacco products. If adopted, the law would take effect on February 1, 2026.
