Investor Inquiries: Ji Hong Holding's Involvement in E-cigarette Trading Platform
Investors inquire about e-cigarette trading platform at JiHong Stock, revealed partnership with Xiamen Haishengrongchuang Information Technology.

On September 7th, an investor inquired on the interactive platform whether Ji Hong shares (002803) or its subsidiary have any related experience or business in the e-cigarette trading platform.


The company responded that it has invested in Xiamen Haisheng Rongchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of a nationwide unified e-cigarette trading management platform project.

Spain’s Popular Party and Socialist Party reached an agreement in the Joint Congress-Senate Commission for the Study of Addiction Problems and approved a non-binding motion calling for the sale of e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches and related products to be limited to authorized and controlled channels, such as tobacco shops and specialized stores, while excluding internet sales and general retail outlets.

A new Alberta bill aimed at reducing vaping rates, especially among young people, is moving into the legislative process. Brazil’s National School Health Survey (PeNSE) 2024 found that e-cigarette experimentation among students aged 13 to 17 rose from 16.8% in 2019 to 29.6% in 2024, while use in the previous 30 days increased from 8.6% to 26.3%. Virginia Commonwealth University has signed a letter of intent to acquire Altria Group’s 450,000-square-foot building in downtown Richmond for USD 150 million, but the deal still depends on approval from the General Assembly. The university said the facility would support expansion of the Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center and help grow enrollment in its new School of Public Health and School of Pharmacy.
