Kersen has announced that its factory in Vietnam is currently in the pre-production phase and has not yet reached full capacity. The initial project at the factory in Vietnam is the production of e-cigarettes.

 

On March 31, 2023, Kersen Technology announced in a press release that it intends to increase its capital by $43 million to establish a subsidiary in Vietnam. The final investment amount will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities in China and Vietnam. The company plans to establish its Vietnamese production base in phases, taking into account market demands and business progress.

 

According to reports, Kunshan Kersen Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, manufacturing, and servicing of precision structural components. The company provides precision metal and plastic components, as well as partial assembly services, for various end products, including consumer electronics, medical devices, new energy vehicles, e-cigarettes, and photovoltaic power generation.
