HNBHNB: New detachable device added for smoother texture.

KT&G has unveiled its upgraded and innovative HNB products at this exhibition. Jun Young Chang explained to 2Firsts.

The uniqueness of the HNB products showcased this time lies in the addition of a detachable device to enhance the taste of the smoke, making it denser and more similar to the flavor of an e-cigarette compared to GLO.

Currently, this HNB product has been launched in South Korea this year and will be promoted globally in the future.

Traditional slim cigarettes: Seeking distributors in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East region.

As KT&G's star product, traditional slim cigarettes are highly popular among young consumers due to their low tar content. Traditional slim cigarettes remain a key product showcased by KT&G at this exhibition.

Jun Young Chang, along with 2Firsts, shared the sales performance of their traditional slim cigarettes globally. Currently, sales are booming in the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Far East markets, with a leading position in the Mongolian market. The South African and South American markets have shown positive responses, but competition is weak in European and North American markets.

KT&G exhibited slim cigarettes this time, hoping to find distributors in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, in order to fill the market gap for slim cigarettes.

Jun Young Chang also expressed that in the future, KT&G will promote products tailored to the specific needs of consumers in each market, opening up a more flexible strategic layout.
