Lawsuit Filed Against High Light Vapes for Deceptive Marketing
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has filed a lawsuit against High Light Vapes for allegedly violating state laws on e-cigarette marketing.

According to a recent report by Kvsc, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison announced that his office has filed a lawsuit against the e-cigarette company High Light Vapes and is conducting an investigation into the e-cigarette manufacturer Loon.

The lawsuit alleges that High Light Vapes violated state laws, including deceptive tobacco marketing, marketing e-cigarettes to children, and consumer fraud. High Light Vapes is known for its products that resemble highlighter pens, with a variety of flavors including fruit, mint, and dessert.

Alison has accused the company of violating state laws that prohibit advertising, selling, or distributing e-cigarettes designed to resemble or depicted as imitating snacks or beverages commonly purchased by minors. The Attorney General's office is also investigating e-cigarette manufacturer Loon, issuing civil investigative demands requiring the company to provide documents and answer questions under oath.
