These products bear similarities to the new waterpipe devices that 2Firsts observed at the 2025 World Vape Show Dubai, in that they closely resemble traditional water pipes in appearance and usage, while incorporating electronic controls, modular structures, and enhanced situational adaptability.

Low Nicotine, High Vapor: Large-Capacity E-Liquids Compatible with Hookah Setups

2Firsts has collected and organized the parameter information of the new water pipe products recently launched by VapeSourcing. The specifics are shown in the diagram below.

Based on the parameter information from the AAOK AK110K Disposable Hookah Head (referred to as AAOK), Elfworld Big-B 99999 Puffs Disposable Hookah (referred to as Elfworld), and KORI Hookah Head 100K (referred to as KORI), it can be seen that new types of water vapor products on e-cigarette distribution websites in the United States have the following characteristics: - Nicotine concentration is generally low: The nicotine concentrations of the three products are 0.3%, 0.5%, and 0.1% respectively. Compared to the commonly found nicotine content in e-cigarettes in the US market (usually 5%), the nicotine levels in these three products are relatively low.

·E-liquid capacity varies: the three products have e-liquid capacities of 60 milliliters (30 milliliters + 30 milliliters), 80 milliliters, and 30 milliliters.

·Large suction ports: The suction ports of three products are 110,000 ports, 99,999 ports, and 100,000 ports respectively; they are disposable hookah products with large suction ports.

·High power output, suitable for DTL: AAOK products are clearly labeled with 45W power, Elfworld is labeled as "high output power," and KORI is labeled with a low resistance of 0.2Ω (usually low resistance means high power output). It can be inferred that these three products all have high power output to meet the needs of DTL (direct-to-lung) smokers for smoke volume and flavor.

·Compatible with desktop hookah devices: All three products clearly indicate that they are "compatible with desktop hookah devices.

·Equipped with breathing lights: All three products mentioned come with "breathing lights.

Launched Online in the U.S. at $17–$20

According to a search on the AAOK brand's official website and comparing information on the Enterprise Know website, it was found that AAOK brand is owned by Shenzhen Kechaoda Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in 2008 and is located in Longhua District, Shenzhen City.

The official website of Elfworld vape brand states that the brand is owned by Shenzhen Fango Technology Co., Ltd. According to a search by 2Firsts, this company is known as Shenzhen Fangel Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2016 and located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City.

A search on the KORI brand's official website and Tianyancha revealed that the KORI brand is owned by Dongguan Kang Xun Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in 2020 and is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.

Currently, three new types of water pipe products, AAOK, Elfworld, and KORI, have all landed on online distributor websites in the United States. According to VapeSourcing website, these three products are currently in the "COMING SOON" stage, with prices of $18.99, $17.99, and $19.99, respectively.

From June 18th to 20th, 2Firsts conducted research at the World Vape Show Dubai 2025 and discovered a trend in the Middle East market towards a dual integration of "hookah to e-cigarette" and "e-cigarette to hookah" with the rise of disposable e-cigarette devices.
