No Collaboration between Jingjia Stock and Huada Beidou
Investors asked Jinyan Corporation whether they planned to collaborate with Huada Beidou in the development of satellite communication e-cigarettes.

On December 14th, an investor raised a question on an investor interactive platform to Jingjia Corporation, asking whether the company, being a shareholder of Huada Beidou, intends to collaborate with them to develop an e-cigarette that utilizes satellite communication technology.

Jinjia Corporation (stock code: 002191.SZ) responded by stating that there is no partnership between Huada Beidou and the company in the field of new tobacco.

The long-stalled debate over the European Union’s Tobacco Excise Directive may be moving forward, with Cyprus, as holder of the EU Council presidency, putting forward a compromise draft. The reported proposal includes lowering the minimum excise duty requirement and granting a transitional period, with the aim of reaching political agreement by June 2026.
