No Collaboration between Jingjia Stock and Huada Beidou
Investors asked Jinyan Corporation whether they planned to collaborate with Huada Beidou in the development of satellite communication e-cigarettes.

On December 14th, an investor raised a question on an investor interactive platform to Jingjia Corporation, asking whether the company, being a shareholder of Huada Beidou, intends to collaborate with them to develop an e-cigarette that utilizes satellite communication technology.

Jinjia Corporation (stock code: 002191.SZ) responded by stating that there is no partnership between Huada Beidou and the company in the field of new tobacco.

A Health Ministry spokesperson said it could not comment on individual businesses’ compliance status while matters are being assessed, and said the ministry continues to monitor digital advertising and promotional activity and will act where it considers there may be a breach.

During a recent routine traffic stop, New South Wales police discovered a large quantity of illegal tobacco and vapes hidden inside a rental truck, including approximately 942,000 cigarettes and more than 15,000 e-cigarettes, with an estimated value of nearly AUD 2 million.
