No Collaboration between Jingjia Stock and Huada Beidou
Investors asked Jinyan Corporation whether they planned to collaborate with Huada Beidou in the development of satellite communication e-cigarettes.

On December 14th, an investor raised a question on an investor interactive platform to Jingjia Corporation, asking whether the company, being a shareholder of Huada Beidou, intends to collaborate with them to develop an e-cigarette that utilizes satellite communication technology.

Jinjia Corporation (stock code: 002191.SZ) responded by stating that there is no partnership between Huada Beidou and the company in the field of new tobacco.

Spain’s Congress Health Committee has approved a non-binding motion calling for the sale of vapes, nicotine pouches, and related products to be limited to regulated authorized channels, excluding internet sales and non-specialized stores. Japan’s transport ministry said on April 14 that major Japanese airlines reported 429 passenger smoking incidents on domestic and international flights in 2025, the highest level since comparable data collection began in 2004.
