Notice: 2023 Half-year Contribution Incentive Project Application in Baoan District
Shenzhen's Bao'an District Industrial and Information Bureau announced a reward for outstanding industrial development in the first half of 2023.

On August 24th, the Industrial and Information Bureau of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, issued a notice regarding the initiation of the project declaration for the first half of 2023 to reward contributions.


According to the notification, certain enterprises in Bao'an District that have made outstanding contributions to the development of the large-scale industrial sector in the first half of 2023 will be rewarded based on their performance. This includes e-cigarette companies that rank among the top 20 in terms of value-added increment in the first half of 2023 and have obtained a tobacco monopoly production license.

According to the spirit of the documents such as "Implementation Policies for Promoting High-quality Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Service Industries in Bao'an District (II)" (Shenbaofu [2023] No. 22), our department is now launching the application for contribution rewards projects in the first half of 2023. The relevant notice is as follows:


1. In accordance with the regulations, six categories of enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the development of the large-scale industrial sector in our region during the first half of 2023 will be rewarded in a tiered manner.


II. Declaration Requirements 1. Enterprises that are engaged in actual business activities in accordance with regulations in Bao'an District and are above a certain scale of industrial enterprises. 2. Enterprises must meet one of the following conditions: (1) Chain-leading enterprises with an output value of over 10 billion yuan in the previous year, contributing to the top 6 in output value growth in the first half of 2023. (2) Leading enterprises with an output value of over 500 million yuan but less than 10 billion yuan in the previous year, contributing to the top 50 in output value growth in the first half of 2023. (3) Backbone enterprises with an output value of over 100 million yuan but less than 500 million yuan in the previous year, contributing to the top 100 in output value growth in the first half of 2023. (4) Growing enterprises with an output value of less than 100 million yuan in the previous year, contributing to the top 100 in output value growth in the first half of 2023. (5) Newly added industrial enterprises, contributing to the top 30 in output value growth in the first half of 2023. (6) E-cigarette enterprises that have obtained a tobacco monopoly production enterprise license, contributing to the top 20 in value-added growth in the first half of 2023.


III. Application Method The application for this project will be conducted online. Applicants must log in to the Bao'an District Proximity and Transparency Government-Enterprise Service Platform (https://qqzq.baoan.gov.cn) within the application deadline to search for the project they wish to apply for, and then complete the necessary documents online according to the requirements. There is no need for companies to submit physical documents.


Deadline for application: Online pre-declaration period is from August 23rd to August 29th, 2023. The online application period is from August 30th to September 12th, 2023.


Fifthly, there is no need for businesses to submit physical documents through the traditional paper submission method.
