On August 24th, the Industrial and Information Bureau of the Bao'an District in Shenzhen issued a notice regarding the implementation of the application process for the contribution reward projects in the first half of 2023.

According to the notification, six categories of enterprises in our district (Bao'an District) that have made outstanding contributions to the development of large-scale industries in the first half of 2023 will be rewarded. Among them are e-cigarette companies that rank among the top 20 in terms of value-added increment contribution in the first half of 2023 and have obtained tobacco monopoly production licenses.

In accordance with the spirit of the "Bao'an District Policy for Promoting High-Quality Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Service Industries Continuously (II)" (Shenbao Fu [2023] No. 22) and other documents, our department is now launching the application process for the 2023 first half-year contribution incentive projects. The relevant details are as follows:

First, enterprises in our region that have made outstanding contributions to the development of large-scale industries in the first half of 2023 will be rewarded according to the regulations. They will be classified into six categories and given disposable incentives.

II. Application Requirements 1. The company must be a large-scale industrial enterprise operating legally in Bao'an District in accordance with regulations. 2. The company must meet one of the following criteria: (1) The main enterprise in the value chain with an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan, ranking in the top 6 in terms of output value increment contribution in the first half of 2023. (2) Leading enterprise with an annual output value between 500 million yuan and 10 billion yuan, ranking in the top 50 in terms of output value increment contribution in the first half of 2023. (3) Backbone enterprise with an annual output value between 100 million yuan and 500 million yuan, ranking in the top 100 in terms of output value increment contribution in the first half of 2023. (4) Growing enterprise with an annual output value below 100 million yuan, ranking in the top 100 in terms of output value increment contribution in the first half of 2023. (5) Newly registered industrial enterprise, ranking in the top 30 in terms of output value increment contribution in the first half of 2023. (6) E-cigarette company that has obtained a tobacco monopoly production enterprise license, ranking in the top 20 in terms of value-added increment contribution in the first half of 2023.

III. Application Method For this project, the online application method will be adopted. Applicants are required to log in to the Baoshan District Pro-Quality Government-Enterprise Service Direct Platform (https://qqzq.baoan.gov.cn) during the application period and search for the application project. They should then fill in the relevant materials online as per the requirements. There is no need for companies to submit physical documents.
