II. Application Requirements 1. The company must be a large-scale industrial enterprise operating legally in Bao'an District in accordance with regulations. 2. The company must meet one of the following criteria: (1) The main enterprise in the value chain with an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan, ranking in the top 6 in terms of output value increment contribution in the first half of 2023. (6) E-cigarette company that has obtained a tobacco monopoly production enterprise license, ranking in the top 20 in terms of value-added increment contribution in the first half of 2023.
III. Application Method For this project, the online application method will be adopted. Applicants are required to log in to the Baoshan District Pro-Quality Government-Enterprise Service Direct Platform (https://qqzq.baoan.gov.cn) during the application period and search for the application project. They should then fill in the relevant materials online as per the requirements. There is no need for companies to submit physical documents.
