Pakistan Mirbur government bans sale and use of harmful tobacco products.
Pakistan's Mirpur government bans harmful smoking products, following recommendations from the National Health Institute and the Narcotics Control Board.

Pakistan's Mirpur government issued a ban on the sale and use of various harmful smoking products on Monday (21 October), according to the Daily Parliament Times on 22 October.

 

Deputy Commissioner Yasar Riaz Chaudhry has ordered a blanket ban on the sale and use of e-cigarettes, hookah pens and tar ice in the region based on recommendations from the National Health Authority and the Deputy Drug Controller.

 

Authorities warn that anyone found violating the ban will face immediate legal consequences with no room for excuses.
