Response to Trademark Rejection of ELFBAR: Large Number of Imitations and Plagiarism
ELFBAR's trademark application rejected in China due to imitation concerns, vows legal action for approval.

On February 27th, 2FIRSTS found through a search on the Chinese Trademark website that the trademark "ELFBAR" applied for by IMiracle (Heaven Gifts) (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. had been rejected. According to the status of the trademark process, the trademark was submitted for registration on May 9, 2023, and was rejected on February 24, 2024.

In response to this matter, ELFBAR stated to 2FIRSTS that the rejection was due to a large number of imitations and plagiarism of ELFBAR's trademark in the market. ELFBAR has taken legal action and the trademark will ultimately be approved for registration.
