Recently, the Federal Taxation Service of Russia revised relevant legislation to officially cancel the consumption tax on electronic cigarette devices and heated non-combustible devices (vaporizers) starting from March 1st, 2023.
This regulation covers all electronic cigarette devices and heating non-burning devices (sticks) imported and exported from the Eurasian Economic Union (comprising five countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia).
