
According to a January 2nd report by Andalusia News Agency, the Spanish police have dismantled a criminal gang and arrested four individuals.
These individuals are suspected of violent robbery, illegal possession of firearms, involvement in theft, and endangering public safety. This operation seized five firearms, ammunition of various calibers, a bulletproof vest, three vehicles, two marijuana cultivation sites, a large amount of olive oil, two motorcycles, a lock core extractor, various crime-related tools, as well as over 100 high-quality hams.
A criminal gang has shown a strong interest in large-scale thefts of e-cigarettes, having stolen a total of 57,000 units. These stolen e-cigarettes are being sold through individuals, restaurants, and mobile vendors across different locations, with their total worth exceeding €500,000 (approximately $540,000).
The police investigation has concluded, and all those arrested have been handed over to the judicial authorities, with two key figures from the criminal gangs being sentenced to prison.
