The third action is to emphasize education and promotion. During inspections, law enforcement officers actively educate business owners on knowledge of legal regulations such as the Advertising Law, the Tobacco Monopoly Law, the Tobacco Monopoly Law Implementation Regulations, and the Electronic Cigarette Management Measures. The Yinchuan Market Supervision Administration will increase efforts to monitor advertisements for new tobacco products such as electronic cigarettes, and strictly investigate and punish any violations of the Advertising Law related to tobacco advertisements.
