British Media: Harmful Effects of E-cigarettes on Skin
Research shows that e-cigarettes, like traditional cigarettes, are harmful to the skin due to nicotine and chemicals in them.

According to a report by the British media outlet Dailyrecord on October 7th, research has revealed that nicotine and other chemicals in e-cigarettes are equally damaging to the skin as traditional cigarettes. Medical experts have emphasized that smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, poses significant risks to the skin, urging people to be cautious.

The fact that smoking leads to various serious health problems is well known to everyone, and one of the superficial effects is skin issues. Skincare experts state that smoking has a highly damaging effect on the skin. Many experts are making efforts to provide assistance in helping individuals quit smoking.

Smokers who indulge in long-term smoking are likely to experience premature skin issues such as dryness, redness, and wrinkling. According to beauty expert Dr. Dianni Dai, smoking reduces the production of collagen, accelerating skin aging and amplifying the appearance of symptoms like wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin.

However, as long as one stays committed to quitting smoking for a sufficient period of time, there will be a noticeable improvement in the skin due to increased blood flow and decreased levels of carbon monoxide.

Medical doctor Saleena Zimri has stated, "Recent studies suggest that e-cigarettes may cause similar changes in our bodies as traditional cigarettes, including damage to the skin."
