Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce released lists of top private companies, including tech giants Huawei and BYD.

On October 29th, the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) successively released three lists: "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Guangdong Province in 2024", "Top 100 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province in 2024", and "Top 50 Private Service Enterprises in Guangdong Province in 2024".

Among them, Huawei Investment and Holding Co., Ltd., BYD Co., Ltd., and Midea Group Co., Ltd. ranked first, second, and third, respectively, in the "2024 Top 100 Private Enterprises in Guangdong Province's Manufacturing Industry," with investments of 70.42 billion yuan, 60.24 billion yuan, and 37.37 billion yuan.


In a recent discovery, Shenzhen Miquel Technology Co., Ltd., a company specializing in e-cigarettes, ranked 67th on the "2024 Top 100 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province" with a total revenue of 10,177.06 million yuan (approximately 10.178 billion yuan). This company is the only e-cigarette industry enterprise to make the list.


According to Southern Metropolis Daily, the series of rankings is voluntarily submitted by companies and based on the 2023 company's operating revenue as the basic standard. The rankings are based on the company's annual financial statements and are sorted by relevant departments after verification.
