Guangdong Enterprise Federation and Guangdong Entrepreneurs Association release "2024 Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Guangdong" list, with Huawei and Tencent leading.

Recently, the Guangdong Enterprise Federation and the Guangdong Entrepreneurs Association officially released the list of "Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Guangdong 2024" to the public.

Among them, Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd., Tencent Holdings Limited, and BYD Co., Ltd. rank in the top three of the "Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Guangdong 2024".

In addition, 2Firsts discovered that three e-cigarette-related companies, Yijiate, Eve Energy, and CHANGYING Precision, entered the list.

The California DOJ issued Information Bulletin No. 2025-DLE-17 on November 10, 2025, providing an update on the state’s flavored tobacco enforcement. The Attorney General’s office is set to launch the Unflavored Tobacco List (UTL) by December 31, 2025, identifying tobacco products without characterizing flavors that may legally be sold in California. Enforcement will continue to focus on “obviously flavored” products, while unregistered products remain subject to seizure and penalties.
