Turkish Police Cracks Down on Illegal Tobacco Sales

According to local media outlet Sondakika, the police headquarters of Samsun province in Turkey recently carried out a joint operation against illegal tobacco vendors. The individual in question, A.О., is suspected of selling smuggled tobacco during their business operations.

 

According to reports, precision targeting and action by law enforcement agencies led to simultaneous raids on the illegal vendor's shop and residence. A total of 205 packs of illicit cigarettes, 1400 pre-filled cigarettes, 5 kilograms of shredded tobacco, and 52 bottles of e-liquid were seized at the raided locations.

 

An investigation has been launched into the case of illegal tobacco sales. A. O. is being investigated for suspected smuggling activities in accordance with the law. The specific details are still under investigation.
