【2Firsts News Flash】According to a report from 49000.com on July 28th, the Ukrainian prosecutor's office has submitted a case involving an organized group to the courts for trial. The group is accused of smuggling a large quantity of disposable e-cigarettes into the Lviv region.
An investigation has revealed that female members of the group imported e-cigarettes in bulk, with most of the products lacking proper tax labels, and some even using counterfeit labels. These goods were stored in a warehouse in Lviv for eventual sale.
During the execution of a search warrant, law enforcement officers seized over 200,000 e-cigarette products, as well as equipment used to counterfeit labels and other related evidence.
The organization's members have been accused of violating multiple provisions of Ukrainian criminal law, including the production, storage, and sale of fake tax stamps and goods.
Currently, the case is being tried in court.
