Yinghe Technology Expands Skorn Nicotine Pouch Business, Extends E-Cigarette Reach to Russia and Southeast Asia
Skorn is currently focused on the UK and European markets, with strong development in Poland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Additionally, Skorn is expanding into the US, Russia, and Southeast Asia, with its nicotine pouch business still in the process of expansion.

Recently, investors on an interactive platform inquired about SHENZHEN YINGHE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD's (300457.SZ) business development plans and layout in the e-cigarette and low-altitude economy sectors. Yinghe Technology responded with a series of answers.

 

1. Plans to Enter the Low-Altitude Economy


Yinghe Technology stated that the company is primarily engaged in the research, design, production, and sales of lithium battery automation equipment, which is mainly applied to the e-cigarette business. The company's battery automation equipment is widely used in the mid-to-early stages of lithium battery production. In the future, the company will continue to focus on business expansion opportunities related to its core business.

 

2. Current State and Future Development Plans for the E-Cigarette Industry


Yinghe Technology pointed out that its subsidiary, Skorn, is engaged in the e-cigarette business and continues to invest in branding. Skorn is currently focused on the UK and European markets, where it ranks highly in the UK and has achieved strong growth in other European countries such as Poland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Additionally, Skorn is expanding into the US, Russia, and Southeast Asia markets.

 

3. Sales of Skorn's Nicotine Pouches 


Regarding the nicotine pouch business, Yinghe Technology mentioned that Skorn’s nicotine pouch business is still in the process of expansion, and relevant information can be found in the company's periodic reports.

 

4. Plans to Acquire Remaining Skorn Shares or Other E-Cigarette Companies


Yinghe Technology stated that if there are any such plans, the company will disclose the information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
