Yinghe Technology: Holding a 51% Stake in Sikary, to Expand in U.S. Market
Investors question Yinghe Technology's stake in Sikarye-cigarette subsidiary, company clarifies holding at 51% amid rumors of increase.

Recently, an investor on the investor interaction platform Interactive Easy asked Yinghe Technology (300457.SZ): I recently found online that Yinghe Technology's controlling stake in its subsidiary Sikarye-cigarette has increased from 51% to 90%, is this true?

Yinghe Technology has stated that it currently holds a 51% stake in Sikary, indirectly clarifying rumors about changes in ownership circulating online.

Investors also asked whether the company's subsidiary, Sikary e-cigarette, sells products in the United States.

In response, Yinghe Technology stated that Sikary Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen is a subsidiary of the company and is engaged in the e-cigarette business. Drawing on valuable experience gained from its successful branding efforts in the UK and other European countries, Sikary plans to gradually promote and sell its e-cigarette products in more key regions globally, including the United States.

In addition, investors inquired about the progress of the company's new e-cigarette brand MEMERS in the US market.

Yinghe Technology stated that MEMERS is a new brand recently launched by Sikary, with plans to promote and sell it in key markets worldwide.
