10 Must-Attend E-Cigarette Exhibitions in 2023
2FIRSTS held an online event on Nov 24, 2022, discussing the top 10 must-attend exhibitions in 2023 for the e-cigarette industry.

On November 24th, 2022 at 3:00 PM, 2FIRSTS conducted an online live-streamed event with the theme "Ten exhibitions that must be attended in 2023".

Jason, the International Public Relations Manager of 2FIRSTS, presented on the topic of worthwhile exhibitions to attend at the 2023 global electronic cigarette trade show. Drawing from the experience of 2FIRSTS in exhibiting and managing trade shows, he provided valuable insights and recommendations on how to successfully execute these events, accompanied by concrete case studies and a thorough analysis.

During the livestream, Jason mentioned that the new type of tobacco can participate in exhibitions beyond just tobacco and e-cigarette shows. CBD, consumer, and consumer electronics product exhibitions are also potential considerations.

Jason's recommended 10 exhibitions are:

Several trade shows featuring products related to the vaping industry are held around the world each year, including the Lift & Co Expo in the United States and Canada, Total Product Expo in the United States and the Americas, Alternative Product Expo in the United States and the Americas, World Vape Show in the United States, Paraguay, and Dubai, The Vapor Expo UK in the United States, Vapitaly in Italy, Vapitaly Pro in Italy, Intertabac in Germany, and Intertabac in Indonesia and the United States, as well as VapExpo in France, Spain, and the United States.

Trade shows not only serve to increase revenue, but also act as a point of contact for the market and brand, as well as a great opportunity to open up new markets.

During the live broadcast, Jason mentioned that some popular trade shows require bookings up to a year in advance. The preparation work required for hosting a trade show – from designing and constructing booths, to managing logistics and ensuring the venue is suitable – is extensive and time-consuming.

2FIRSTS has extensive and professional experience in organizing joint exhibitions. In 2022, they achieved great success in collaboration with the ECCC exhibition team at the tobacco exhibition in Dortmund, Germany and the electronic cigarette exhibition in Birmingham, UK. They expanded their client resources by over 300 companies at each event, with a client conversion rate of over 10%.

2FIRSTS realized through deep cultivation and exploration of the atomization industry that collaborating with other companies is the most cost-effective way to achieve high returns.

Multiple companies are sharing a single exhibition booth, which facilitates cost-sharing. The booth is bustling with activity and draws a large crowd, while logistics expenses have decreased by 50%. Additionally, without the need for multiple travel expenses like airfare and hotel accommodation, personnel costs have reduced by 80%.

As a result, in 2023, 2FIRSTS will be introducing a choice between two exhibition formats and booth designs. 2FIRSTS will provide services offering joint exhibitions, marketing and promotions, data and reporting, and other additional benefits.

Among them, the collaborative exhibition team has exhibited service equity items, including:

Various companies had their exclusive exhibition booths and showcased their products. Service personnel dedicated to each company provided explanations about their products. The construction and design of these exclusive exhibition booths were carefully planned and executed. These personnel were also readily available to connect companies to potential clients and resources, and facilitated on-site factory inspections for overseas clients, ultimately maximizing sales and promoting business growth.

2FIRSTS aims to facilitate the positive development of the global alternative tobacco industry and become a key value-added service provider in the industry chain, based on a long-term optimistic outlook on the technological and consumer changes in the industry.

CTIHK expects first-half 2026 revenue to fall 25%-30%, mainly due to lower tobacco leaf imports and delayed cigarette shipments to China’s domestic duty-free market. Its 2025 revenue mix—nearly 90% from tobacco leaf-related businesses and less than 1% from new tobacco products—shows continued exposure to traditional supply chains and trade variables.
