On October 20, 2025, British American Tobacco Japan (BAT Japan) announced that its flagship store for glo in Tokyo's Ginza district has officially opened for business.

 

On the opening day, the blogger (@iqos_torisetu) on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) shared their experiences and observations of visiting the venue. The blogger's on-site content showed that customers could receive sample tobacco and cleaning agent samples during the opening event, with some lucky ones even receiving a glo device. Additionally, the store held a limited-time raffle with prizes including beverage vouchers that could be used on the same day.

 

Currently, the "glo Members Lounge" on the second floor of the store is still in the preparation stage and has not yet been opened to the public.

According to a recent announcement from BAT Japan, customers can now experience and purchase various Glo devices, as well as tobacco sticks, products such as "virto" and "neo", at the flagship store in Ginza. 

 

The store will also provide device maintenance services and personalized engraving services. Consumers can also experience and purchase the nicotine pouch product range "VELO" in the store.BAT Japan has stated that the glo Store in Ginza will serve as a key hub for the brand, hosting a variety of events and content displays.
