On March 28th, the design director of British American Tobacco, a global tobacco giant, stated that the design concept for BAT's heated tobacco products revolves around improving user experience and simplicity rather than complex design.


On Tuesday, Ken Kim, a Korean in charge of overseeing product design for BAT, stated that his primary task when designing heated tobacco products is to create a product that can be carried by consumers like a phone or wallet.
