China Tobacco's Notice on Cigarette Packaging
Tobacco companies will fully promote the revision of cigarette packaging for "box" and "carton" by adding QR codes to display related product information. Starting from May 8, 2023, cigarette products with QR code markings will be gradually introduced to the market. For a certain period, the same brand and specifications of products with and without QR codes will coexist in the market. We kindly inform consumers and cigarette retailers about this situation.
