Based on the input packaging in October, the numbers are as follows: cigarettes - 824,493,946, ATP (alternative products) - 26,142,102, NSP (nicotine-containing products) - 99,875,000, and - 49,526,989.
Sergey Glazkov provided information regarding key performance indicators for technical support in response to written requests in October and November. Out of the 5666 requests received, 5617 have been resolved with 99% of the requests being closed within the scheduled time.
The most popular complaint topics are electronic file management, code retrieval through cashier machines, and personal account authorization. The remaining issues include adding product groups to personal accounts, withdrawing funds from personal accounts, entry requirements, registration status, adding users and changing permissions, and cancellation of code markers.
