Declaration on Counterfeit Products in China by IGET
Shenzhen Huaxinyu Technology issues statement on counterfeit IGET products, warning consumers to avoid fake goods in China.

On June 21st, Shenzhen Huaxinyu Technology Co., Ltd. issued a statement on its official website regarding the sale of counterfeit IGET products. The company stated that there has been frequent information in domestic self-media and advertisements about the sale of counterfeit IGET products, and that genuine IGET products are only distributed through official channels overseas. The IGET products circulating in the domestic market are all counterfeit. Huaxinyu also stated that such actions not only infringe on consumer rights, but also infringe on the intellectual property of IGET and damage the brand reputation.

The announcement is as follows:

Dear consumers and partners,

Recently, we have noticed that various media platforms, social circles, and advertisements in the country frequently feature information claiming to sell authentic IGET products, when in reality they are counterfeit products. We hereby declare this as a serious issue.

Official clarification: IGET products are only sent to countries or regions that allow the import and sale of e-cigarettes through official channels. Currently, all products claiming to be genuine IGET products circulating in the domestic market are counterfeit.

False Advertising Warning: IGET strongly condemns any unauthorized use of the IGET brand name and trademark for sales. Such actions not only violate consumer rights, but also infringe on IGET's intellectual property and damage the brand's reputation.

Consumer Alert: Consumers are advised to remain vigilant, discern carefully, and not trust non-official channels for purchasing or promotions to avoid falling victim to consumer fraud and financial loss.

Legal action: In order to protect consumer rights and maintain the company's brand image, our company has initiated legal proceedings to investigate and address all illegal production, sales, and promotion of counterfeit and substandard products, while reserving the right to hold those responsible legally accountable.

Product authentication and reporting: We encourage consumers to verify the authenticity of products through the IGET official website (www.igetvape.com) or official email (iget@igetvape.com). We welcome reports from all sectors of society regarding any counterfeit product information, and will closely monitor valid reports and take appropriate action.

Our company has always been committed to providing high-quality products and services to global users. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by the counterfeit product incident. We will continue to intensify efforts to combat counterfeit products and create a favorable market environment.

Please make sure to use legitimate channels to avoid consumers being scammed and suffering economic losses. Thank you for your understanding and support!
