(300032.SZ) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Xingke Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. received on August 26, 2025, a renewed Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise License (for e-cigarette contract manufacturing) from the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. The license validity has been extended until July 31, 2026.
According to the announcement, the renewed license scope covers: cartridge production and contract manufacturing (for export), e-cigarette device production and contract manufacturing (for export), and production and contract manufacturing (for export) of combined cartridge-device products. The company is registered in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with Yan Xiaoling listed as the legal representative.
