Male Student Hospitalized After Overdosing on E-Liquid with Psychedelic Ingredient
A Malaysian secondary school student is hospitalized after suspected overdose of e-liquid containing "magic mushroom" elements.警方will investigate.

On July 29th, according to sources, a Form Four male student in Dengkil, Gan Ma Wan, Malaysia, is suspected to have consumed an e-liquid containing ingredients of "magic mushrooms," leading to loss of consciousness and seizures. The student is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Gan Ma Wan.

According to reports, on July 22nd, the student who had fallen into a coma at school was transferred to the emergency room at Wànggānmǎwǎn Hospital for treatment. The hospital found that the student had experienced severe seizures due to ingesting an excessive amount of dangerous synthetic chemicals (synthetic cannabinoids).

The news also indicates that e-cigarettes had already infiltrated the school as early as 3 years ago, a situation that is concerning.

Currently, the student is still receiving medical treatment in the hospital, and the condition has not shown significant improvement. The family reported the incident to the police last Friday, July 27th, seeking assistance and investigation into the cause of the incident.

The Director of Ganma Wan Police District, Hanyan Ramlan, confirmed that the police have received reports from concerned parents and will launch a further investigation to ensure the safety and health of the students.
