Man Arrested for Smuggling E-cigarettes in Argentina without Permission

An Argentine man was arrested in Misiones for smuggling 251 e-cigarettes without customs clearance, valued at $26,000.

According to Noticiasdel6, on May 10th, a man in Misiones Province, Argentina was arrested for smuggling an e-cigarette without customs permission.

The man transported a total of 251 e-cigarettes of various brands without customs permission. Customs estimated the value of the confiscated e-cigarettes to be approximately 23 million pesos (26,000 US dollars).

Currently, the man has been detained and customs have seized the e-cigarettes and other related items.

CBSA discloses seizure of 212,000 nicotine pouches at Pigeon River port of entry

The Canada Border Services Agency said officers inspecting an incoming vehicle at the Pigeon River port of entry in June found 212,000 nicotine pouches and seized more than 29,000 Canadian dollars (about 21,170 U.S. dollars) in currency and cheques.
