Meeting between STMA and Customs on Tobacco Smuggling Crackdown
State Tobacco Monopoly Administration and Customs Administration officials discuss joint efforts against tobacco smuggling in Beijing.

On January 8, Zhang Jianmin, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and General Manager of China Tobacco Corporation, held talks in Beijing with Wang Lingjun, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director General of the General Administration of Customs. The two sides exchanged views on further strengthening joint efforts to combat tobacco smuggling.


Liu Sanjiang, a member of the Party group of the national bureau and deputy director, held a meeting together.


Customs General Administration and officials from relevant departments of the State Council participated in the talks.
