As the official media partner of the exhibition, 2Firsts conducted an in-depth visit to the exhibition hall and observed on-site that many brands, including HQD, MEMERS, and AAOK, have launched disposable shisha products.

[By 2Firsts, Dubai] On June 18th, the World Vape Show Dubai 2025, which has garnered significant attention from the global industry, grandly opened at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

As the official media partner of the exhibition, 2Firsts conducted an in-depth visit to the exhibition hall and observed on-site that many brands, including HQD, MEMERS, and AAOK, have launched disposable shisha products.

Surrey councillor calls for tougher vape sales controls, seeking the “most restrictive legally supportable” package

Surrey Councillor Gordon Hepner presented a notice of motion calling on council to “wage war on vaping” by strengthening controls on the sale of vaping products in the city, citing vaping as a “serious health concern,” especially among youth. Hepner said the motion directs staff to bring back the “most restrictive legally supportable” package from the City’s 2019 bylaw work to materially reduce where and how vape products can be sold, including licensing controls and enforcement.

UK nicotine pouch brand SNÜ has added three new flavours—Wild Cherry, Cherry Cola and Tropical Punch—spanning multiple nicotine strengths from 9mg to 60mg. The new products also retain the brand’s “rub-and-smell” packaging feature, designed to let shoppers preview the aroma without opening the can and help lower in-store product loss.

Small manufacturers questioned the high cost of clinical PK studies and the absence of defined numeric thresholds, while raising bridging strategies and PBPK modeling as potential alternatives.
