On April 16, 2025, Charlie’s Holdings, Inc. completed the sale of assets to BAT-owned subsidiary R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company, covering 12 PMTA-pending PACHA synthetic nicotine disposable e-cigarette products. These devices feature nicotine strengths of 20mg and 50mg, a built-in 1200mAh battery, and 11 flavor varieties. The Pacha Syn 3000 line, primarily targeting the U.S. market, is priced at approximately $9.97.

Firsts reviewed Charlie's company announcement and found that they announced receiving the FDA PMTA acceptance application for 11 flavors of PACHA disposable e-cigarettes on the afternoon of March 4, 2025. In the announcement, Charlie's stated that out of the 11 PMTA applications, 10 were for flavors of their bestselling brand PACHA Disposables.

Manufacturer Information: American brand specializing in e-liquid

 

Charlie's Chalk Dust, LLC is an e-cigarette manufacturer that specializes in e-liquids. The company officially entered the market in 2019 and is based in California, USA.

 

According to a search on the official website of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Charlie's Chalk Dust, LLC filed a trademark registration application for "PACHA" in December 2022.
