The two individuals were involved in an organized gang that stored and sold unmarked nicotine products. These products were sold in chain stores under the names "Первый Дымный" and "Протабак", with a total value of over 136 million rubles (1.58 million US dollars) involved in the case.
According to relevant laws, the suspect could face up to six years of imprisonment. Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
