2Firsts December 26, 2025 — According to a press release from PRNewswire, e-cigarette brand SKE has announced the launch of a store e-cigarette device recycling program at its flagship store in Manchester, UK. The program encourages consumers to return their used SKE devices to the store for proper disposal through official channels.
According to the announcement, consumers who bring in their old SKE devices to the store for recycling can receive SKE brand merchandise as a token of appreciation.
SKE stated that the program is aimed at providing consumers with a more convenient way to recycle e-cigarette devices and batteries.
According to SKE, in response to the ban on disposable e-cigarettes, they have introduced the rechargeable, pre-filled pod system SKE Bar. The core design feature of this product is a removable battery, allowing users to separate the lithium battery from the shell and pod at the end of the device's lifecycle.
