Huabao Group (300741.SZ) stated on December 4th on an investor interaction platform that Smoore International is currently not included among the company's main clients.

Over 160 organizations urge Formula 1 to end all tobacco sponsorships, including nicotine pouches
On March 4, 2026, more than 160 public interest organizations worldwide sent a letter to Formula 1 urging it to expand its 2006 prohibition on cigarette sponsorships to include nicotine pouches and other tobacco products. The letter states that Philip Morris International sponsors Ferrari to promote ZYN pouches, while British American Tobacco sponsors McLaren with its Velo brand, with logos displayed on cars and drivers’ race suits and promoted on social media.

Grizzly Nicotine Pouches, a brand of American Snuff Company (ASC), a Reynolds American unit, said it will increase its NASCAR investment in the 2026 season, serving as primary sponsor for a combined 27 races across Kaulig Racing’s two full-time NASCAR Cup Series cars. The company added that Grizzly is already one of NASCAR’s official partner brands across all NASCAR tracks.

Thailand’s Disease Control Department has warned that nicotine pouches (“Snus”) are classified as tobacco products and must comply with the Tobacco Products Control Act B.E. 2560 (2017).
