On July 21, the Hong Kong-listed company Smoore International (06969.HK) announced that its customer, R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company, has been authorized through the Pre-Market Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) pathway to sell seven e-cigarette products in the United States starting July 18, 2024. The products include the Vuse Alto Power Unit and six closed, pre-filled, non-refillable Vuse Alto tobacco flavored pods: Vuse Alto Pod Golden Tobacco 5%, Vuse Alto Pod Rich Tobacco 5%, Vuse Alto Pod Golden Tobacco 2.4%, Vuse Alto Pod Rich Tobacco 2.4%, Vuse Alto Pod Golden Tobacco 1.8%, and Vuse Alto Pod Rich Tobacco 1.8%. According to Smoore International's sales records from the beginning of this year until the date of the announcement, the group has supplied these seven products to the RJR Group.
