Exports amounted to approximately $8.6 million, showing a 6.25% increase compared to the previous period, and an 11.23% increase year-on-year.
The export volume reached approximately 217 tons, showing a monthly increase of 17.43% and a year-on-year growth of 85.22%.
The average export unit price is $39.50 per kilogram, reflecting a decrease of 9.52% compared to the previous period and a decline of 39.95% compared to the same period last year. The average price of "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" is $8.59 per unit.
Among them, "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" account for 13.39% of the export product category, while "non-combustible products without tobacco or reconstituted tobacco, containing nicotine for inhalation" account for 86.61%.
According to data from Statista, the revenue of the e-cigarette market in Spain is projected to reach $194.2 million by 2023. The market is expected to have a compound annual growth rate of 2.21% between 2023 and 2028. When calculated per capita, it is estimated that the average e-cigarette consumption in Spain will be $4.49 in 2023. In recent years, the popularity of e-cigarettes has surged in Spain, with more and more Spaniards turning to e-cigarettes as an alternative to traditional tobacco products.
