According to Russian media 360tv, Vitaly Holdin, Chief Anesthesiologist in Moscow, reveals the serious dangers of e-cigarettes.

According to a report from Russian media 360tv on November 16, Vitaly Holdin, the regional chief anesthesiology expert in Moscow, Russia, revealed that e-cigarettes pose serious health risks and any claims of harmlessness are purely marketing tactics.

Holding stated, "All e-cigarettes are targeted towards attracting the attention of young people, with packaging, marketing strategies, and even product design all aimed at creating a false perception of harmlessness.

Holding also said that residents of the community who need assistance with smoking cessation can schedule expert consultations at the Moscow Drug Treatment Clinic.
