The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force has announced that, following multiple complaints, it has launched an investigation into two stores for allegedly selling THC products to minors and illegally selling raw materials.
Investigators found approximately 150 pounds of raw materials and a large amount of cash. Currently, criminal charges are being prepared.
In this investigation, the Simpson County Sheriff's Office and the Franklin Police Department provided assistance. The investigation into this case is still ongoing, and the related charges are expected to be formally filed soon.
