According to a report by Lviv Customs, law enforcement officers have discovered undeclared goods, including approximately 2,000 "ELFBAR" disposable e-cigarettes, with an estimated value of around 800,000 hryvnias (approximately RMB 158,000).
The driver's actions have violated customs regulations. According to Article 471, Section 3 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, which pertains to undeclared goods transported across the Ukrainian customs border by citizens, this provision stipulates penalties for such behavior, including fines. The amount of the fine is three times the minimum taxable income or the confiscation of said goods, or both measures simultaneously.
