Vietnamese authorities seize 100k illegal e-cigarettes from a warehouse and suspect they were smuggled from China.

According to media reports from Beiping City, Vietnam on October 14th, the market management department, in collaboration with local law enforcement, conducted a product inspection at a company warehouse. The department discovered 100,000 e-cigarette products, which included brands such as EBCREATE and LOST VAPE.

The administration is currently temporarily seizing this batch of e-cigarettes that show signs of illegal activity. Preliminary investigations indicate that all of these goods originate from China and there is evidence of smuggling. These products are also widely promoted on various e-commerce platforms, despite being prohibited from sale within Vietnam's borders.
